sound card with tri sli help pls!!

hey all,

Im currently running a G1 Sniper with 3-way gtx 680 classifieds and, i know that the g1 comes with on board sound processing chip, but i was wanting to switch over to a more dedicated path in terms of sound processing, so i thought a sound card might be cool,

anyway would it be possible to run both tri sli as well as a sound card ?
right now i can only see the last slot of pcie so if i move the third card to my lat slot opening up the slot for the smaller pci lane for for the SC and use a "4-way sli bridge" would i loose any performance (as i dont want to loose gpu performance) in terms or x4 or x8 or x16 ? im really confused about all the pci speeds so if anyone would be able to just let me know if this if not a good idea or not i would be very appreciative, for reference iv attached a image of the mobo

thanks guys for any help you can provide me with smile.gif

If you dont have room for a sound card you could look up DACs for your sound problem. They wont completely solve your problem but they can externally amplify your audio signal if your running higher resistance headphones.

An example: DAC

thanks dude i will look into DAC's, However Im beginning to wonder is the on board sound chip is decent enough for me to not worry about it :S

but thank you NamKab i will keep Digital to Analog in mind although if its what im seeing in front of me it seems to be a really expensive option lol:)
