Obviously overkill will be best but to save space and money I was hoping to find out an equation of some sort to figure out how much I would need when the time comes. I like to say a 240 per CPU or GPU, but its not absolutely required. If you were to buy a 4930K, for instance, it has a higher wattage than a haswell CPU. Could you cool a 4770K and 7970 with a single 240? Yes, it would work, but your water temps and CPU/GPU temps would be higher than if you had a 360+240. I would honestly put as much as the case you have can handle.
