[VC] NVIDIA working on GeForce GTX 770 TI with 1920 CUDA cores? - Page 6

I can see a 24xx core version coming out as the gtx 780ti as well not to metion a price drop, all good for consumers. Lets just hope the amd card does deliver because that will drive Nvidia to drive down prices and might also make nvidia launch the 2880 core version, which would be baaaad asss biggrin.gif

still out of my price range.....

The "Ti" branding was original back when it marked the best of the lot. Now it's more annoying than anything else.

It makes things rather confusing in the long run...

Well, no crap.

The 7970 matches the GTX770, so it's quite obvious that the R9-290 is going to trounce it.

Seems like a better performance/price scenario than an even farther cut-back GK110, unless they really have a lot of dud GK110s sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

Yes, now that would be more appealing to me than further cut-down gk110

This pic in the OP has a 384bit bus. Is GK114 going to have a bigger bus or stay 256?
