Corsair XMS3 CM3X2G1600C8 on Foxconn Flaming Blade GTI

Hello!
This is my first post as I am a new member to the forum.
In 2009 i bought a core i7 based pc (X58). In details:

CPU -- core i7 920
Motherboard -- Foxconn Flaming Blade GTI
Ram -- Corsair XMS3 CM3X2G1600C8 (3x2GB) 6GB in total
CPU COOLER -- Coolermaster Vortex PLUS
Graphics Card -- NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 (4 GB)
Operating system -- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

For almost 4 years i was using my system with the memory running at 1033MHz even though it suppose to run at 1600.

Plus my system used to recognise only 4GB out of the total 6GB of my system!!
And when bios used to recognise all 6GB I had the blue screen after a couple of minutes or hours working my pc..

I tried to enable the Extreme Memory Profile (xmp) several times but i had the blue screen before i got the windows get loaded.

I tried almost every combination of increasing CPU VTT/ QPI , Vcore ecc.

Never could make it work..

So i left my system working at 1033

But now I decided to make it work at 1600 at all costs.

I enabled the XMP and my bios auto adjusted my CPU/VTT to +180 mv and my DRAM voltage to 1.65v from the default 1.50.

But as before I had the blue screen.

So I just increased CPUVTT to + 280mv which gets it almost to 1.376V.

My sytem runs smoothly, even after days without shuting off but when i use Prime95 after a couple of minutes my system freezes.
I don't get the blue screen anymore b ut the system freezes,,

Is there any solution to my problem?

I have red all the threads concerning Flaming Blade GTI and my ram but I got no solution!

Thank you very much!

Run Memtest86 bootable, let it run for a while (24-48hrs) or until you start seeing errors.

My guess is that you have a faulty stick somewhere, so you could do two sticks at a time and see which one(s) cause the issues?

I wish I could help more, but I have stayed away from Corsair RAM for a long time.

Some info that would help, though, would be to post what revision number the sticks are.... It's on the sticker, and says something like "Rev. 5.31" or something.
Post what they are, and check each one to make sure they're all the same.

Hello!
Thank you!
I don't think I got a faulty stick because when I run XMP (like I do now) my bios recognizes all 6 GB.

Only on default settings it recognizes 4GB.

I guess it has something to do with the voltage. (DRAM voltage or/and CPU/VTT).

Because when I enable XMP it auto increases DRAM from 1.55v to 1.65v and CPU VTT by 180mv and recognizes all 6 GB.

Anyway when I run Prime95 the system freezes!
