My point is, if someone has the money, and is in the niche of wanted an extremely small form factor, why would they be an idiot for spending their money on something they want?
I do wish that the niche was bigger, so that it would be more profitable to make machines like this. Then there would be room for competition, and with that, competitive pricing.
Because anyone who isn't an idiot could do their research and find they can spend the same money and end up with a form factor not much larger, and far more powerful. You can go ultra small form factor on an ITX build.
This item is nothing more than a money grab trying to snag people with "pretty looks", and a hugely inflated price point. Hopefully at least one person reads my comment and stops for a second to rethink their purchase of this, if they were even considering it in the first place.
As for your satirical comment about GPUs; it would almost have worked for you if you hadn't screwed it up. If you want to throw numbers out to make a point, at least try and get them even SLIGHTLY believable. You, and everyone else on this website, know that there is a far larger performance difference than 5% when comparing high end GPUs to low and middle of the road GPUs.
You comparing tiers of GPUs to Piston vs my comment is Apples and Zebras....Edited by PostalTwinkie - 9/30/13 at 3:13pm
