Just to add it says on the Linux Catalyst download 13.8 beta as normal for the last month but the file name and details when installed say 13.10 and the date created was today.

the performance has increased a lot for me on Linux. Im running an A10-5800k on Mint 15 KDE using the native openGL and killing floor has gone from 50fps @ 1080p High settings with huge slow down to 5fp on 2D sprites (flames / smoke) to 80fps with no severe slow downs only to 40fps on same bits even then the gameplay feels like 50-60 fps all the time

very pleased as KF isn’t a great port so source engine games should be very quick now thumb.gif

I will install before the BF4 beta starts tomorrow, but I am going to wait until a few other users have done it first. smile.gif

I haven't been following the driver releases. Have they delivered the memory rewrite for GCN yet? Has the frame latency issue been fixed for all DX9 games?
