You can probably also go into the Intel graphics control panel or control center or whatever they call it and remove the context menu integration from there. If so, then that would mean doing it in the Registry is the harder way.
You see, this is exactly what I was talking about before when I asked if there were any non-Windows items in your context menu. It sounds to me that there are (or were). Usually, this can be changed by the software that put the context menu item(s) there in the first place. In this case, the Intel graphics control center.
So, I was just asking you to look at your context menu (the right-click menu) and tell me if you have any non-Windows items in there.
