Hi all,
I have 2 gpu's in my system, a PNY GTX 680 4GB and a PNY GTX 580 1.5GB.
I had 2 580's but a friend of mine lost his 560ti due to a voltage issue so I sold
him 1 of my 580's, so I went ahead and bought me GTX 680 and I am running my 580 for PhysX instead of boxing it up, (Metro LL runs sweet with the 580 for PhysX) anyway I was playing a game that does not have PhysX and noticed my 580 PhysX card was rising in temps just like my 680 only 30c cooler, so I checked msi afterburner and it showed 0% usage for the 580 but also showed the clock speed went from 51 to 772, it also showed that 12% of the 580's vram was being used at 240 mb. is this normal even though the game does not use PhysX? the 680's vram was at 19% usage at 802 mb
