Could be the disk you're using

go to digital river and download a fresh copy and burn that to disk.

no its not the disk, I disconnected everything in my other computer fitted the ssd det bios to ahci, and it installed windows no problme, I still think its a problem with the bios settings on the new board

Sounds like a memory issue to me. What RAM are you using? XMP? Voltage?

Aside from checking RAM (maybe leave only one stick) and what was written above:

Maybe Win7 needs the chipset or Sata drivers for your SSD.
Is the CD drive setup in EFI as 'boot device' - probably is.
Maybe try to install Win 7 from a flash drive.
Make a LiveCD Ubuntu (or other Linux flavor) on CD or Flash Drive and see what you get - you can run Linux straight from CD or Flash.

Right sorted, it was the memory sticks I saw using.took out ( Patriot PV316G186C0K 16GB (2 x 8GB) Viper Series 3 Black Mamba DDR3 1866MHz Dual Channel ) and fitted Crucial 16GB kit (8GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) CL9 @1.5V Ballistix Sport UDIMM 240pin, reset bios and hey presto done
