I have 3 Noctua industrialppc 2000 120mm as the intake in my H440 and it works very well. With a corsair H75, my 4690k idles at 22 to 30 degrees Celsius but i recommend the 2000 rpm PWM versions of the industrialppc fans because at lower speeds, the non PWM fans make some weird noises because they've not designed to run lower than 2000 rpm

I'm planning to do a water cooled loop in my existing H440 and I have a preference of Hardware Labs SR-2 rads and they're 60mm thick so what are the chances of having 2 360mm rads in the front and top fitting? Maybe a 140 in the rear too?

Edit: I've gone with 2 360 30mm rads for the front and top and a 30mm 140 in the rear. I need suggestions for where to mount the pump and res. I have the bottom of the case fitted for a 3.5 drive so i'm not sure where to put the res where it's visible.

Does anyone know how to remove the HDD Shelving wall? I want to remove the whole thing in order to fit my tubing properly.

So pccasegear added this new listing for the h440 the other day when they ran out of stock and i noticed that it looks a bit different.
The vents are longer and look more open and the front seems a bit thicker. I've looked around for any info on this thinking it's maybe a new revision? But i came up empty.
I asked pccasegear what the deal was and the answer i got was basically "the pictures are the same watchutalkinbout?"
Unless there is some other version of this case that i'm not aware of and they just put the wrong picture there?

I see what you're talking about. The top exhaust outlets are different between the two pictures. I'm not aware of them changing it. Maybe the one is an old render they dug up somewhere before the final iteration came out.

My case has the exhaust from the second picture.

Can I join the club?

I need help. This was my first build ever. I put it together a couple years ago, but now I want to venture into a custom loop. Obviously I have a ton of questions. I have researched a ton, but I am trying to make sure before I purchase my parts that I can do what I am looking to do. Forgive me if these questions have been answered already but 391 pages is way too much for me to shift through in its entirety.

I feel like I have a decent handle on what I am getting into, but not 100 percent confident enough to pull the trigger yet.

I have the H630. I am running a 4770k and 780's SLI. CPU has been cooled by an AIO, GPUs have been on air. Looking to move everything to the custom loop. I feel like 2 360 rads would be perfect but I have to keep the optical bays. I also have 2 HHDs that I must keep. The top bay holds a blu-Ray burner. I can move one of the HHDs to the bottom bay and am thinking of modding the bracket under the cages for the other somehow. Want to go with a tube res. Also will be modding the panels possibly.

My man concern is fitment of the two 360s. Will both fit? I know it is advised 35mm or under thickness for the top. I wish I could rip out the bay's and go with only SSDs but I also do video editing and need it and the bigger storage the HHDs provide.

Is this possible or do I need to look at 280s?

Also I am brand new to Overclock.net and can't figure out how to post the pic of my rig, being on my phone right now doesn't help.
