So I have moved my entire setup to Define R5 and it is inaudible. Everything is exact the same, the same CPU cooler with the same fan on minimum speed and 4x 140mm SPC Sigma Pro case fans at minimum speed. I can barely hear my PC even if I try to at night in total silence. In H440 it was annoying even during the day with opened windows in my room and way more ambient sound. I am sending it back to shop next week. I examined it closely once again when I was moving all my parts to R5 and I didn't notice anything unusual or wrong that could cause this strange sound tunnel effect and now I am also sure that my components are not making this noise in different case, so... Hard to say what happened here with H440 and why it acted like this, I would love to provide some better feedback but I simply don't know what caused this problem.

Thank you for the update, and it bothers me that we couldnt find out what the issue was. I can change out the panels to see if that was the issue, but you already changed cases.

Had to return my first H440 Blue/Black because it came more damaged than the Great Coral Reef. I had the new Team NV case on preorder but decided to go with the Green/Black case that I found in stock on NCIXUS. Decided against the dark blue on the new case.

Unfortunately I had a bunch of blue/black sleeved cables and fans that I now need to replace with green lol.

Just bought a black/matte H440 off Newegg to downsize my sig Rig from the Phantom 630(hopefully with some sound benefits. This thread is very information and it looks like I will be able to mount my H110i GT without much issue.

About a year ago I posted my H440 build.

But since then I have made a few upgrades and tweaks. I thought I would share some of the changes I have made.

New Specs:
i5 4670k
780 Classified x2
16Gb Corsair Vengeance LP
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming

In terms of specs, I added 8 more GB of ram, I added a second 780 classified, and I added two 120GB Samsung 850 EVO in raid 0.

I also painted the motherboard heatsinks from red to white to match my color scheme

I'm actually selling this one to a friend and getting the EVGA FTW whenever I can find it in stock.
