I see most people use this case (H440 ) with water cooling. How bad would my temps get with air cooling compare to my HAF 912 Plus ?

I moved from a HAF 912+ to a H440 on air cooling, but my point was to silence the case up.

You might find some useful tips there. Though do expect to see a rise in temperatures a bit more significant than mine. Also, you have much more heat to deal with.

Anyone here tried to plastidip there h440's ?
I got the h440 NE in black & red from my girlfriend and dont get me wrong. I absolutely love the case and it looks beautiful.
but im starting to feel the black and red is getting a bit overplayed. So right now im looking to switch it up a bit and either change the accent colours to something like pink ( which would get expensive since my motherboard is also black & red) or plastidip the case white.
so i get a white & red version of the case which would be pretty awesome.

something like the result of this :
Does anyone know of a way to reliably do this without needing to buy a black/white version of the case?

I have used plastidip on a case before. It looks great and was easy to peel off later on. Only thing I wish I did was do more coats. Its been a few years but I think I only did 3 coats but think 5-6 is probably what you should do.

Just got H440, can't figure out the fan controller at all.

Motherboard is a Asus Formula VIII and I also have a Corsair Hydro 115i. The Hydro 115i connects to CPU_FAN on the motherboard else I get an error, therefore I connect the PWM cable to CPU_OPT but fans just come on at full speed. Not sure why the fan controller is not adjust sign fan speed.

Any ideas. I've done a few searches and tried a few things like Corsair Hydro to PWN extension cable and the PWM cable to CPU_Fan but still the fans are full speed.

I'm a bit stuck.

It is not a fan controller, it's a fan hub, everything will run at full voltage.

I see. I was under the impression it was a controller.

I'll just unplug the fans from it and plug in the motherboard instead then, seems a bit of a waste.

Only the H440 2015 edition includes a PWN fan hub, and for the PWN to work you have to connect the hub pin to a pwn pin on the mobo, and then all fans with be at the same speed depending on what you choose in the mobo. So all of my fans (Parvum F1 120mm) all run at 80%. the older hub doesn't include a pwn feature unfortunately.

Hi everyone, almost about to buy a Phantom 630 simply for the window panel and install on my H630, are there any other options? It works out $60 AUD more to buy a complete case than to buy the window panel from NZXT, however their website won't even let me buy it.
