I'm almost done building my server/htpc in an h440.

1 medium grip: The HDD trays don't have the 'front' mounting holes for 3.5in drives. They use the back and the middle holes.
Normally this isn't a problem. But the seagate 8tb drives don't have the middle holes. Because of that, they can't be mounted underneath.

Soo this question is for all that have custom loops in H440 cases. Are these temps normal, what would you do/change to improve it.
My setup:
3770K OC 4.5Ghz 1.25V /delided
GTX 1070 FTW OC 150/500 +30 V 120%/90C limit
Z77x-ud5h
16gb hyperx 1600
1440p 110Hz oc Korean monitor

Loop:
XSPC 360 60mm front
EKWB 240 SE top
EK DCP 4.0 12v pump /connected to CPU fan header
EK-DBAY RES
EK Supreme HF Plexi-nickel
EK FC Acetal-nickel gpu block

RES->PUMP->360->CPU->240->GPU->RES

FANS:
EK Vardar 2200 x3 front
Artic Cooling F12 Push Pull top
Artic Cooling F12 Rear Exhaust
All the fans are connected to the NZXT fan splitter at the back, the splitter is connected to a 5V - 12V switch that i made soo when i dont game im on 5V only.

I have the front cutout 240mm, and top radiation cutout 240.

The issues is the high temps i'm having. I'm currently playing Black ops 3 and the temps go like 38,39 C on GPU and thats only like 80% load and 44-49 C on CPU 50-60 load on just 2 cores. The Ambient temps arent to high, like 22C currently. Thats a bit high for this setup dont you think?

What could be the problem for this high temps, what would you recommend. Any suggestions? I'll try anything.

Also included some pics.

Thanks!

Your temps are amazing. Water cooling isn't about keeping the absolute lowest temps on a moderate load. Its about its ability to handle more and more heat without fading. Especially with cpu. With gpu your temps will decimate any air cooler whereas with cpu there may not be a MASSIVE difference between a high end air cooler and ur water while gaming but while overclocking to the limits and pushing insane stress tests it will destroy anything air. Also if it was me I'd go pump straight to cpu then to 360 then to gpu then to 240. 360 is doing something but the water has time to sit in the res and cool off a bit before going through the 360 whereas if u have it after the cpu the water is warm from the cpu and that heat can be exchanged into the rad prior to going to the gpu.
