Your build looks like the evil twin of my white/black build, except the thermal armor on that ASUS board kills my regular old motherboard. If ASUS ever makes a motherboard with thermal armor without any color accents, I'd be all over it. Thinking about it, Evil Twin would actually be a cool name for it. But then you would have to explain about the weirdo on OCN telling you to name it Evil Twin.

And hopentethking's build looks like ours had a baby.

Excited to see some other H440s coming in finally, everything looks really great. It's so easy to make clean looking builds in this case; I haven't seen a messy H440 yet.

Lol h440 cross pollination. and I posted his build on the nzxt h series club page, I think your referring to that not the Nzxt corp page, I manage the club fb. But yeah thats why I put it up, gklad he got it

Lol Evil twin I kind of like it. So far I leaning towards black mamba. What do you guys think of darth maul or Sith lord?

I didn't see it up on Facebook, but maybe i missed it. Edit: saw it on the club page. Thanks guys!

I love how easy cable management is, the worst part is the lack of space in the back but it all worked out in the end.

I also wish there was a way to turn off the rear io light without killing the NZXT logo on the PSU.

It was posted to the NZXT H Series Club page by sgtgates here, not the official NZXT page. I was mistaken.

And I just used a couple small pieces of electrical tape to cover up the rear LEDs. You can see the wiring for all of the case LEDs above the fan hub. Theres a little pcb with a bunch of small wires going in. I think it would be possible to put in a separate switch for the two rear I/O LEDs. I could be mistaken though, and it sounds like a lot of work when some stupid tape will do the job.

How about the "Hydra Cannon" decepticon starship. I mean mines megatron, its fitting right ? Except mines bigger lol tongue.gif

edit: so that x60 is reaching and fits good up front? like the look rather than usual curved tubes up for top mount

So, I just got done doing a little testing and without the panels on its about ~8 degress cooler than with the panels on. My temps are a pretty high for running evga oc scanner and prime 95 small ffts.

Pump is at level 2; 5 notcua fans in pull and one in push for exhaust; 4.7ghz @ 1.27 volts and gpu is at standard clock. (Also, all my fans are equipped with the low noise adapter so my rig is near silent but as you can see comes with a little bit of a temperature price.)

Panels on: 95 degrees per core / 51 degrees gpu
panels off: 84-86 degress per corre / 48 degrees gpu

I wasnt aware of actually how hot it got with prime 95 since I had been getting around 80 degrees when folding with gpu and cpu. so i might have to scale it back a bit.

Kinda warm in your place? It's about 75f in my place, and my i5 3570k 4.5ghz @ 1.26v rarely goes over 80c during prime with my h105. It usually stays around 65 while gaming. It is a little louder than I would like, but it's not too bad. I do have lower rpm/quieter fans on the h105, not the stock fans.

My gpu stays around 72c or lower at 1189mhz (780gtx) while gaming. I don't run gpu burn ins anymore, but I've played just about everything on it.
