High-performance laptop options, brands?

Hi there. My friend and I are looking at some higher-end laptops or desktop replacements (as Alienware we see calls them). The only brands we are really aware of now are ASUS, the ROG laptops and then Alienware.

Aren't there some other brands that allow a customer to customize the components? We're looking for websites or names of these businesses. Thanks!

I'm going to name one that I have a tad bit of knowledge from people I know owning them. OriginPC makes some pretty nice laptops compared to the Alienware equivalents.

Looks about right to be honest... however, Eurocom, Falcon Northwest, OriginPC, and Sager sell the same laptops. MSI, maingear, ibuypower and a couple other resellers sell the same laptops. There are four true designs out on the market at the moment. They are the Clevo chassis, MSI whitebook, Alienware and Asus.
