If you wanna go higher, u can increase FSB ,, but decrease memory speed, soo the limiting factor is your cpu / mobo and how well your cooled,

Also bump up your cpu voltage to 1.7v at least , more u bump voltage, remember dat cpu gets hotter, but more stable,, soo u must have appropiate cooling,

Whats your CPU temp on full load ?

full load i'm at 50 degrees C and i have it set to turn off if i ever get to 60 degrees in the bios because that was the lowest one i have run prime 95 all night last night. i'm using stock cooling and i did a pin mod to get my voltage up to 1.55 from 1.4 stock. i have tried decreasing memory and hyper transport and got my CPU up tp 2.5 but then my memor only runs at 150 Mhz and i get better performance this way.

Get a better cooling unit. I recommend the Tuniq.
