Need help with ram!

Ok, I odered all of my parts except the ram. I ordered:
-Giga P965 S3
-BFG 7600gt
-e6300

now i need the ram. all i have is around ~150 to buy 1 gig of ram and ill get another gig later. My question is should i get one stick of 1gig or 2 512 and what kind i should get. Need replys fast please!

Get one stick of 1GB DDR2 800. And whatever you can get on that price range should be fine, but make sure it's a 4-4-4-12 stock timings.

Dun't get 2x512's get 1 x 1024 (1GB stick) preferably DDR2-800 like Nasgul said..

That model is one of the best in the business for overclocking. I run mine with 4-4-4-8 timings at 1000mhz with a 2.30v. 24/7.

You've chosen well.

Thats some good ram....i have its $115 little brother and even that thing OC's like a beast.

Good choice there..i need a G.Skill case sticker, i frickin love them.
