What is SLI GTX 560Ti 448 Equivalent to

Hey everyone,

So I am taxing my single GTX 560Ti 448 in games and was wondering if I should SLI with a second card that I can get for $169.99 or do I purchase a single card, like the GTX 770 for like $400.00?

I'm also down for AMD cards as well, I'm just curious if I should spend $169.99 on SLI or $400.00 or so on a new card? I couldn't really find any benchmarks that show what a SLI GTX 560Ti 448 setup would compare to. So...what does SLI GTX 560Ti 448's compare to assuming I can overclock them to 850Mhz?

Thanks for the help,

Ilithis

What PSU do you have and does it have cables and wattage for a second card

Or can it even do its rated wattage

And go for a new card better then to SLI two old cards

I have a 4 year old Corsair TX750 (750W). I'm assuming it can handle the load of two cards. I run an i7 930 @ 4.11Ghz
It has the cables and everything for a second card.

sell the 560ti 448 core and get a gtx 770.
i had a 560ti 448 core its a good card but the draw back is the low vram (1.2gb) and going SLI doesnt increase that.

also consider what games you play. not all games are SLI compatable so if you only play a game or two that it works with its not worth it imo.

go for the 770 or a 7950/7970.

good luck.
