Haswell 4770k Overclock temps?

What is a good temp to shoot for on load with the 4770k? Im trying to get 4.6 stable on the OC right now im at 1.25v not quite stable yetHighest temp on load has been 81c. Just wondering if this is to high or what would be good temp not to pass on load.

Depends on the test you are using. Most people try to keep it under 90C while running something like IBT or Prime95. 81C is fine.

I been using aida 64 is that an ok test to use?

It's okay, but not particularly stressful. The Intel Extreme Tuning Utility has a test that is pretty good (and the benchmark is even more stressful) or you can try using x264 Benchmark (or just encoding movies in x264) - both of those are quicker tests of stability than Aida.

Ok took me 1.295v to even make it through the Benchmark intel test am just stress testing it now lol, I guess 1.295 is about avg for haswell it seems for the 4.6ghz mark.

Probably better than average for a 4770K, actually.
