Need help overclocking 2500k on new z77 mpower

Just got this board to go along with my old 2500k. I've set the multiplier to 45x and vcore to 1.35 seems stable but which setting would I have to use to make the voltage drop on idle and are there any other options I should turn off regardless of the overclock to improve stability. Would like a 4.7 oc if possible. Before on my old z68x ud3h board I had it stable on 4.6 at 1.33 volts. And it seems I can't change the dram voltage keeps going back to auto ?

Side note I heard I had to turn on C1ST to get good performance on my 840 prod iops ? Ran the Sammy benchmark but the iops seem really low 70000/100000 but everything els normal.

Thanks
