Where can I get an Intel Iris Pro or 4570R ?

I'm building small ITX computer and it will not have any dedicated GPU. It would still be nice to be able to put as much performance in it as possible. I've read that the processor will not be sold separately but is there a CPU/mobo combo, or some other solution that one can buy? Or is the Intel Iris Pro only available to OEMs?

I'm making it for someone else and I don't think he would want to wait for some time in Q1 2014. Or that is the date I've read at least.

I've found out that they are used in the new IMacs. Does anyone have any info on if you can get hold of it on PC?
