Hello Nish,

We are very sorry that you are having a problem with the backplate. The screws should have indeed been taped to the PCI backplate. To get you through the installation you can use the screws in the spare parts kit. They are the ones that look like this:

We do have an email its CS@caselabs.net and it can be found in the "contact us" page on the website

People make mistakes from time to time, but we will take care of the problem. Can you please PM me your order number?

Thank you very much for the quick reply. Those screws do indeed work so everything should be fine. I sent a message via the website (wasn't aware I could do that until signing in).

Hope I can get those screws. Case is very nice by the way.

Thanks again for the quick reply,

-Nish

I understand your frustration. Once I was upgrading the brakes on my mustang with some beautiful 13'' Baer rotors and calipers only to find out that the one of the stainless brake lines was missing!! Not only could I not finish the job ON MY DAILY DRIVER I had to wait a few days to get the part shipped. Fortunately we ship extra screws thumb.gif

Anyways sorry for the trouble and I'm glad to hear you like the case biggrin.gif
