Just want to check these temps Xeon 1240v3

So built a new rig with a Xeon 1240v3 as an update to my FX8120 rig cause steamroller looks to be a ways off and is update time. Im use to my old rig which maxed at 50c with a corsair h50 and mx-2 thermal compound. My new rig idles the same @25-30c with Corsair H55 and mx-2, but the max temps reach 60c sometimes as high as 65c for a short time before dropping back to 60c. This normal for an Intel CPU? Havent owned one since the P4 days pre 06 and just wanted to make sure. Also ill note that i did bump the Bclk to 103mhz so its running 3.5/3.9ghz norm/turbo.

Those temperatures are perfectly acceptable. You should only worry on an Intel when it gets above 85C but I personally keep my temperatures below 75C.

That's a Haswell Xeon, correct? If so, you've definitely got a good amount of temperature headroom, since Haswell will only begin to throttle at 100C.
