The Titan cannot. I confirmed this with the techs at Evga which is where I bought my Titan's. The HDMI port or ports built into the Sony 4k set were designed with the HDMI 2.0 specs in mind so this is allowing them to able to upgrade them to HDMI 2.0 with a firmware update. At the time the Titan's were released the specs for HDMI 2.0 were no where near finalized, so they are not able to update them.
As of right now there are ZERO GPU's with HDMI 2.0 and we do not know when they will release them. AMD's new 290x card may have it, but the detailed specs are on lockdown and they are not revealing them just yet. As of right now, if you want 4k resolution at 60fps the only option is to get the new Panasonic 4k 65" TV since it has Display Port 1.2 (the first for a TV) that allows 4k@60fps, it also has 1 HDMI port that is HDMI 2.0, *OR* a 4k monitor like the ASUS. But for large screens, Panasonic is the only option right now.
