Ok so i just received the card installer it and this one is different, it's got coil whine like a lot compared to the other one i had but that' not the problem i wanted to stess the card with occt. But after 5min i stopped too afraid that it explose smile.gif, because i didn't test the psu with the multimeter. Actualy i don't know how and wath to test on the 8 pin. And to compare to wath.

GPU burning correlates to having more current than needed so I don't think you are being bottlenecked atm. I would try a different PSU for now (a seasonic with at least gold rating) as all hands point to your PSU as the culprit. Do it, just to get peace of mind.

don't use OCCT, Furmark or some synthetic stress test to torture your GPU, it can easily koll your component.

Use games like Crysis 2, Crysisi 3 for stress testing as they load your GPU really hard but still represent a real life scenario.

FYI I'm running two HD7950 DC2 TOP V2 cards in CrossFire and overclocked 2500K @ 4.5GHz all on SeaSonic G 550W GOLD power supply, even with cards OC'd @ 1000/1575MHz system is running perfectly fine.

A stock clocks a HD7990 in games does not pull more than 300W so your Lepa 700W is sufficient for it.

CHEERS..
