Damn that really sucks. I'm aware that I'm probably the only person who has been using steam for 8 years who has never had problems with it.

You must be lucky, LOL, because I was reading Steam FAQ and they kept saying stuff like: "After backing up, restore the game to see IF it works", and some other things along the line that read to me as: "Ummm...yeah it's a back up function, but we don't guarantee it, so make sure it works LOL...oh you will be downloading the game AGAIN dude - Love Steam"

What made it funny on the same page on top they say to actually move the whole folder as a back up, but then they tell you how you can save using their back up function. LOL....biggrin.gif

I laughed and made that thread tongue.gif

P.S. I was SOOOOOOO MAD at Steam on Sunday after I downloaded 3 games and NONE of which worked, kept saying my Video Driver is out of date (not true), and that Directx9 needs to be installed...HAHA! When I have Direct11..

Until I restarted and it started running smoothly with all the games.

Really can't knock it, I got 3 free games. Hitman Absolution, Tomb Raider and Sleeping Dogs. Since I have Bioshock Infinite already (that's such a bad ass game for that free game coupon if you don't have it).

Really like Hitman Absolution, regardless of what people said about costumes not working, etc-etc. I just treated the game with that flow as followed: "It's a crime organization where EVERYONE knows EVERYONE, so if you dress as a thug in Tony Montana's gang, Tony will probably be suspicious since he did all the hiring smile.gif

So can't complain now.
