Bitfenix Alchemy Cables: My experience

Thread Starter
So I ordered a set of white cable/connectors from frozencpu for my gpu,psu 8pin, and 24 pin power. Immediately upon opening them I found most of them to have fraying along multiple sleeves and a handful very bad right at the connectors. Obviously when you buy these you are getting them to make things look nice and neat. I had checked out a video from Lutro0 reviewing them before I bought them and he did mention that the white ones "had" a known issue with some fraying but that it was fixed and if you received bad ones to simply contact them to get them replaced. So I felt pretty confident that they would take care of me.

Well a few weeks later after contacting them via their "contact us" support section, still nothing. I was curious to know if anyone has had similar issues with these cables and if they found any resolution?

Even though I live in the UK I've had excellent support from FrozenCPU for my purchases from them. I'd suggest contacting them again.
