Can't create a system image. Error 0x80780119

Hey all. I'm using Windows 8.1, and I'm trying to make a system image. The process starts, then I get this large message.

I have tried this fix.
http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/windows-and-office/fix-the-0x80780119-error-when-creating-a-system-image-in-windows-7-and-8/

But I get this error when I try to run it. "the volume change journal is not active" so nothing happens.
I'm stuck guys. Anyone have any experience with this issue.redface.gif
Thanks.

How big is the source drive, and how big is the destination drive?

The destination drive is much larger than the source drive. What it's saying is that the system reserve partition is not big enough to create the shadow copy required to make the system image. My system reserve partition only has 5mb left in it. I have know idea how to remove some files safely from the system reserve partition to free up some space. But, I have successfully created a system image with Macrium Reflect.
So I'm good to go!thumb.gif
Thanks for replying, and if anyone else has some insight into the situation, please throw your 2 cents in.wink.gif

Yes you're supposed to have more than 40 mb free in the system reserve.
