Something Wrong With my Hyper 212?

When I tried installing my Hyper 212 TX3, it bent my mobo A LOT (a good 2-4 degrees). IS there something wrong with it, because I know I installed it right. Also, would there be a noticeable difference between it and the cooler that comes with the Sempron 145 in terms of noise first and performance second?

It sounds like you tightened it down too much, I'd take it off and get some pictures to show us exactly what you mean. You definitely do not want your motherboard to be bending.

It's kinda impossible to tighten it down too much on an AMD socket...
