RAID 5 Array keeps uninitializing

I have an Adaptec 3805 with 8 3TB WD Reds in RAID 5. This is an upgrade from the 4 disk RAID 5 I was using. After setting up the new array and transferring over the data for about 3 hours or so the array disappears and then reappears as an uninitialized RAW volume this has happened three times now. The card does not report any issues. And this has happened on two different motherboards. Is it the RAID controller or what could it be. I tested all the drives and none have any issues. I just need my main array back up and running.

Perhaps you have a bad drive that keeps dropping?

That's not it. If it where the card would show a dropped disc. This is the entire array dropping from the OS and then reappearing formatted. I think I might just have to buy another card and see if that works. I would just like to know for sure that will fix it. None of the discs show errors.
