New gaming PC 1650£ (2800$)

Thread Starter
I've been using my pre-built HP PC for 4 years now and it wasn't exactly a beast at the time i got it. I currently play BF3 at 1280x720 everything set to low to get 50-60 fps in multiplayer.

I'm building a new PC for 1650£ maximum ( including windows 8 but not periphials) and i want it to max games this year, high next year medium in 2 years and low in 3 years. I don't want a system thats obesolete because of vram or cpu core bottleneck in one year after purchase.

Was thinking of going with
i7 4770k /w h100i
16gb 1600 vengeance ram
gtx 690

those are my minimums for a 7950 (900/1250) and an i7 SB 4.5GHz using 1080 Ultra and 4MSAA in BF3 MP 64. Shoot for BF4 specs wait for the new AMD cards.
