go with a HD 7950. for next gen games even at 1080p i suggest 3GB as you don't want to have any VRAM shortage. Powercolor HD 7950(925mhz) and PCS + HD 7950 OC(880 Mhz) for USD 210(180 after MIR). good cooler and unlocked voltage. on average overclocks to 1100 - 1150 mhz with voltage tweaking. you should be able to keep core temps around 75c - 80c even at 1150 mhz.

HD 7950(1150 Mhz) vs GTX 660 Ti (1346 mhz) . HD 7950 is 15 - 20% faster

I'd also like to add to rag's discussion that if you get the 660Ti (3GB Variant especially) it would run out of horsepower before it's memory can be filled up. unlike the 7950 where it'll run out of memory before running out of horsepower smile.gif

180$

wow...

If Xfire was any good, you could get crazy performance for 400$.

Heck, you can get 780 performance with two 660ti's btw. But the future is limited on those cards thanks to DAT 192 bus

lol. xfire seems to be working just fine for me. Only thing it hasn't worked perfectly on so far is the bf4 beta but neither sli nor xfire work well from what i've seen
