4770k memory?

I recently had a new system built and the ram installed was standard 1600mhz CL 11 ram. I would like know which one would be better to buy? I want to have 32gb total, I need low profile ram because my CPU coolmaster V6GT blocks the first ram stick, so in the case of gskill I would need to remove the top heat spreader fin on one stick. Thanks for any suggestions. My motherboard is the MSI Z87 G45 Gaming board

I'm not sure if I should go with a low CAS latency (crucial) or faster MHZ (gskill) I'm going to want to over clock a little bit eventually...they both are about the same price, Thank you

I won't go with either, To be honest I always suggest this

For low budget 1600mhz is fine
but if you have the money then go 1866mhz or 2133mhz not more because latency will be so high that time so these are the best Performance/cost ram specs 1866 and 2133

something like this , they got few more colors

Thanks for the suggestion, quick question - the gskill 2400mhz ram has the same CAS latency 10 as the ADATA 1866 suggested, Knowing that, which one would be better?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Latency is not as much a factor as it used to

So go for higher MHz over lower latency unless its super high latency

Yeah, Sandy, Ivy and Haswell respond better to high raw bandwidth than tighter CAS latency. Of those two I'd definitely take the Tridents. CL10 is very tight for 2400MHz 8GB DIMMS.

Thanks,

Lol seems i linked wrong 1 , ofc the 2400mhz Gskill

I meant something like this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233359

but anyway the speed mhz will effect so much if you are planing on Ramdisk or ram cache
