Note to whom ever purchases this. DON'T use the Asus bios update from Windows. It's junk and will more then likely lock up and damage your bios nand. Then you will have to do a recovery which consists of putting the newest bios file on a usb stick and renaming it (the manual states what to name it) then placing it in the green usb slot and pressing the usb bios button with a pin for 3 seconds with the computer off. Then wait for the lights to stop and you will be recovered and working again.
I've never once had a problem with windows bios updates for MSI boards. Asus has something really screwed up in their programming. Edited by scgt1 - 10/7/13 at 8:27pm
