$1000 ish build

Hi,

Given $1000 at a push $1300 (AUD) .what would you build in terms of a desktop that can:

1. Play games (not supercharged as have a ps3 for that) – high settings but nothing to Crysis 3 levels

2. Fast and powerful enough for day to day tasks, and "future"

3. Quiet and easy to maintain.

Here's what I was looking at but open to alternatives...

Corsair CX-430 V3 Power Supply
ASUS Z87-PRO Motherboard
Intel Core i5 4670K
G.Skill Ares F3-1600C9D-8GAO 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB
BitFenix Shinobi Black Case
Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB SSD Retail Box
Seagate Barracuda 3TB ST3000DM001

I'm not sure on the case if it'll fit all that.
Also thoughts on the power supply, how much do i need do you reckon to power that, and the graphics card seems like a good one for my needs.

Like I said, open to ideas and would like to keep the total build below $1300.

Already got a rather nice 24'' Dell ultrasharp monitor and keyboard/mouse etc.

Thanks, appreciate the help and advice smile.gif

The power supply is enough if you keep the 760 at the stock factory overclock, however there are better PSUs to be had than the CX430. It's not a very good PSU, especially for Corsair. Where would you order it from?

It's a computer!
