I am not saying me personally, I never wanted to get the gygabite version anyway. It's just why cheap out like that, when they are making the exact same windforce x3 models on the other camp but better.

Back on track then, I personally do not like the look of the gygabite one at all, its horrid. Will be ordering the asus top one though, unless they get the toxic in stock first.

I'm playing Metro Last Light and my Gigabyte is handling the game smoother than my XFX 7950 I used to have. The temp at idle is 41c and under load 60c. It's also quieter than my XFX 7950.

Yeah Gigabyte could do better with the design by the way but I don't mind the blue pcb and I like the three fans. Like I said it's quiet under load.

30 seems kinda lackluster... but then again metro LL is a beast.

Yeah Metro Last Light is a graphics intensive game in my opinion. I was playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 with advanced settings @1280 and the FPS is 140 average.

Holy crap seriously?! That is terrible =s The 770 I sent back would average ALOT higher than that at 1920x1200.

Going to hopefully chalk that up to immature drivers I guess(even though the card is closing in on 2 years old now).

Ah ok an fx 6300, I am kinda hoping that's whats holding you back, as 30 fps is really bad for the entry enthusiast gpu market i.e the 770/280x.
