Ive reinstalled windows 7, windows 8,windows 8.1 on two different ssds and 1 normal hdd and tried every single nvidia driver from the cards release date and it stutters every single time so I would assume its a nvidia driver/ card issue

I cant just exchange it, the store i got it from say its not artifacting so nothing wrong with it. Its also been 4 or so months so no exchange. Just gonna swap to amd i think since the issue does not happen with the 7870/5850

Stay away from Gigabyte until they make a version with the 450W WF3 cooler.

So I was right the Rev.2 does has 3 heatpipes and aluminum fin array from Rev.1

Wow, they really went that far to changing the shroud and leaving it plastic instead of metal.
They're trying on improving image rather than the product itself, which is pretty ironic since Tahiti XT runs hotter than GK-104. It seriously screams for a better cooler.

ASUS pulled it off with their DCUII by reusing the GTX 780 cooler which is proven very effective and just 10 dollars over reference price also being the most quiet of the 280X.

I'm not sure why Gigabyte is putting out a Rev 2 since its virtually no different than Rev 1. It had the chance to use a new cooler during Rev 2 development phase and they shot themselves on the foot for ditching it.
