I have it. Many people don't like it because of the way it looks and it looks identical to the Gigabyte 7970. But like I said before I bought it because I'm a fan of Gigabyte and it's quieter than the XFX 7950 I used to have. I love the triple fans. I tested this card with Skyrim a little while ago with ultra settings at 1680X1050 res and it was doing 60 FPS average.

If DCUIITOP had a decent backplate, it could've shot for it....

Ended up ordering the gigabyte r9 280x!

My 6870 decided to die last night, and this was just a very good price for me.

Ty for the link, was a good read/review.

Hey guys have any of you any experience with the MSI 280x Gaming edition? Is it one of the weaker better models? (Prefer 2 DVI ports)

and is it worth my while to get a 280x over a 7970? some sites have the ghz edition 7970s beating the 280x but I dont see how thats possible :S
