My bios loads 1.18v default, Trixx allows me to apply 1.256v max. With Rev02 BIOS (mine is Rev01) it allows me to go up to 1.3v but that's it. Was wondering if there is any other BIOS I could try out and hope it pushes more than 1.3v

Anyone here with ASUS r9 280x DC2T V1 (two slot version) having severe artifacts when playing games? I tried to downclock both core and memory clock but it still gave me artifacts. This is my MSI AB settings. Note the default clocks from ASUS is 1070/1600 and original r9 280x is 1000/1500. My memory is Hynix (according to GPU-Z)

I am having no problems with my two ASUS R9 DCU2 Top cards.
Check the bios version of your card.
You could try GPU Tweak as well to see if that works better for your computer configuration.

I am not running the Beta version of the AMD driver but using the 13.215

Do you have MSI AB at the same time you have GPU Tweak? Do you keep the power limit to just 100% all the time? Also, I tried 13.12 and 14.x drivers and still gives me artifacts. I've updated the card's bios to the latest one 15.41 as well.

there is a way to change the voltage with the new 280x vapor-x trix?
Pricier too,and if a h55 is largely good enough there's no need to spend more right tongue.gif

Which drivers do you use in your 270x?
