for further perusal, https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/parts/video-card/ will have links.

If you can find a cheaper 670 since they're last gen, it's not bad of an upgrade, that's what I'm running now. Don't buy reference if possible.

Breakdown what res are you going to be playing at?

Also dont base your decision on the BF4 beta, alot of people are struggling with low fps, I dont think the game is properly optimized yet so we dont know what hardware is needed.

1920*1080 resolution

I will wait untill release to buy anything, but apparently the machine right now can barely run it at 30FPS on low, so unless theres some BIG optimization, an upgrade is going to be necesary.

I bought my 7950 for like $249 a few months ago, they are like $180 now. I consider it an excellent value.

The 6950 should be fine when the game releases and they've hopefully fixed some of the issues. It's going to be much of a sidegrade with most of the cards you're looking at. The beta just has some pretty bad performance right now due to it being a beta. My CFX 7950's don't see much more than 60fps right now at 1080p. Just wait until official release and see how it performs then. By then AMD's next gen should be out as well which should hopefully mean a slight drop in older card prices.
