NZXT Phantom 410 GPU allowance space

Currently I'm putting a computer together, and I've already got the components sorted as to which I want. All I'm curious to is now is the case. I've got a GTX 770, which comes to 292mm, the case in which i'm looking at is the NZXT Phantom 410 Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show) , The clearance for the video card is 305mm WITHOUT a fan, 280 with one, although i'm clueless to which fan this is. If this is the fan which is on the very front then this case won't be the one for me as it's going to need good airflow as I don't have many fans in there in total.

If this is not going to work out, and my GPU is too long then if you could, please suggest a case (preferably one I don't need to take the HDD cage out of) which would fit my card.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new to this forum and just trying to navigate around.

tl;dr. Suggest a new case which will fit a gtx 770, around $100 or help me with the NZXT Phantom 410 troubles.

Thanks alot!
