RMA or Not my Msi N580GTX Lighting?

Thread Starter
The system is water cooled Cpu and a Bitspower block on the Msi N580GTX Lightning. The white squares seem to happen only when the video card is stressed.I play older games no problem but when i try to play a newer Game like F1 2013 OR Splinter Cell Blacklist with in a few minuted the card crashes.Temps never go above 50c ever. When i run Furmark at 1366 x 768 for a few minutes it crashes.
The System updates and drivers are latest.

Things i have tried: Clean install of win 7.Install old drivers,Newest drivers.I also did that 30 step process to remove drivers each time.

Dismantled the video card from the block and check all thermal pad to make sure all was good.
I reinstalled the block with new thermal pad according to specs ,for the GPU i only had Arctic Silver 5 so i used that.

Idle voltage on the Gpu is 0.963 and rises to 1025 when in use.

The whole system is NOT OC'ED.I just don't know is it a driver issue. Is the Bitspower water block so heavey it causes bad socket connection.

I removed the water block and put the card back to stock.I stress tested it and played F1 2013 with no prob. This issue has to be related to the Bitspower waterblock. It is so heavy i think its causing stability problems when in the Pci slot.Selling this 580 and upgrading is probably my best bet.The waterblock is just to heavy for my setup.Scrap metal i guess.
