It looks about 2 feet long though lol, how long is it?

edit:

308(L)X113(W)X41(H) mm Size.

won't fit in my case anyways.

that card is a monster indeed, the only problem i see with it is it reminds me of a cheap childs toy with the color scheme etc etc, also, does EK have a block that would fit it?

This isn't taking into account the typical mark ups.

Yeah so my guess would be around $350. I will say that the memory is clocked higher on the 7970 matrix, so I guess it's not a big deal, and I'm actually glad the price is lower, that just means it will cost me less to xfire in a few months, Thoough I think I want the new DCUII 280x for even less, considering you can still push almost 1.4v through it.

Well I bought the matrix platinum, got it home, tried to put it in and it didn't fit. So I returned the card for a refund and noticed while back at the shop that the box specifies 11.4 length whereas the website specified 11.2, and the difference in length meant it didn't fit (knew it would be a tight fit but it would've fitted if it was the length the website stated). Anyways while back at the shop they also told me they get a lot of them returned due to artifacting and said they're overclocked too high (out of the box factory OC, not user overclock), don't know what you guys think of that. So now I don't know what to do, I'm considering buying a case with more space for a graphics card, maybe the Corsair Carbide 300R. Looks to have good features and is a decent price. Either way I don't think I'll be going with the matrix again when I make my mind up.
