[Completed] Sapphire 6870

Thread Starter
Friend A just upgraded from crossfired Sapphire 1GB 6870s to a 4gb GTX 770. Friend B has a single 6870. I am trying to convince friend A to sell one of the 6870s to friend B for a reasonable price/good deal. Friend A has an established career and can afford it, friend B is a poor college buddy who wants to play BF4 better on the cheap.

Considering how I got mh 7850 for $100 shipped, the 6870 shouldn't be more than $70

Last year when I got my 6850's they were about 120 a piece. But that was when 7XXX was still relatively new. So yeah I would not imagine more that 100 for a 6870. And I think 6870's Should be enough to play BF4 at a decent level. From what I have seen with the BETA I personally don't think it looks much different from BF3 but I am sure the new weather system and destruction engine might take a bit of grunt.

Thanks, I was stuck between recommending $60 or $75. So your $70 recommendation seems about right.

I know for ~$150 he could get a 7870 which would be really nice, but with how poor he is I doubt he can stretch his budget that far.
