1st time OC, corrupted HD freezing, Fx8350 W/ Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3

Hi guys,
Well this is a shame. As the title says the Samsung ssd pro that I was booting from after my last successful OC attempt doesn't boot properly now even after reinstalling windows on it.

I have tried over clocking with my previous sata drive and the same exact thing has happened this time and I was even more cautious ONLY changing the cpu multiplier.

With the SSD everything was fine at 4500 on the FX 8350 until i jumped to 4700 not changing anything else.

After it messed up I then tried upping the voltage but the same freezing persisted just at the log on screen. It was about to boot into safe mode though.

So going back to the Sata drive. I did everything the same but this time it started to freeze at 4500 mega hertz. So now after putting everything back to stock and I still doesn't boot. Something is seriously going wrong here:(

My setup follow-

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 rev 1.1
AMD Fx8350 Black edition
Noctura dh14
16gb Kingston value ram 1600 (KVR 16n11/8)
AMD firepro 7000
Nvidia 7600 256mb
M audio soundcard
samsung pro 256gb SSD

The computer is in a already cold place and when the system was working at 4.5 with ssd or 4.4 with the sata the temperatures maxed at 41C in prime 95 testing.

I've had master boot records go tail-up on me before from bad OCs on an ailing CPU. (unlocked phenom x3 720, same motherboard)
That could be your problem, but you don't really give enough info for us to help you out.

Yep, all the usual stuff, II spent the whole night on it , reinstlled windows twice on a SSD and normal drive as the SDD was new hardware for me along with the Noctura.

Try running CHKDSK from the command line tools on the Windows installer. Maybe you have a bad sector for whatever reason.
