250m total, 100m development 150m marketing. but in case of gta you have to have detailed world. star citizen has a lot of space, so only ships/planets/items are detailed

creator of wing commander/privateer/freelancer is making a full hd version with oculus rift and full campaign and persistent multiplayer universe where 10m npc will live their own lives and haul cargo and so on

eve is just a ripoff without campaign or cockpits

planetside wont be a gta on dozens of planets. it will be tunneled experience just like in privateer, surely larger but still a tunnellike
