It's probably real. BUT, it's gonna be really really loud.

I bought some Cm fans rated for 80cfm at 2000rpm, and man those things are loud even when running at 1400rpm.

I'm running 600rpm fans on my custom water loop and never looked back.

I highly (hugely, immensely) doubt it. CM seems to be, ahem, overly optimistic regardingtheir fan perf ormance.

What nleksan said.

Also remember fan cfm rating is fan setting on an open bench running full speed.. slow the fan down from it's rated 2200rpm to normal 1000rpm speed and you loose 40-60%.. and that's with no resistance. When you put the fan in a case you have 10% resistance just from vent grill. Add a filter and it's 20+%... and you can and another 10-30% for HDD cage, cables, etc.

Arctic Cooling F12 is a pretty good fan and often very reasonably prices. I can get them for £3.63-4.99 depending on model. There is the normal F12 3pin fan, the temperature controlled F12 TC, and the PWM F12 PWM

Maybe you could find them reasonably priced too. thumb.gif

For me loudness' not a problem. I'm used to loudness of 80mm fans

No arctic fans here. Very few fans are available so options are limited

Which one would be a better option between this and Deepcool Iceblade ? Fan will be spinning at 100% (reason - folding) all the time and loudness is not a problem
