How's Zotac as a brand? Worth it?
I haven't really heard anything bad about the Zotac flagship cards.

All of Nvidia's OEMs are reliable and at the least will match or surpass reference card performance. Zotac seems to be the plain jane oem. If you just want a 780 and maybe don't want to OC or SLI or just don't care about the games like Crysis, then the zotac is fine. As a rule of thumb, if I was going to spend over 600 on a video card I would probably spend the extra 40 bux on one with more features or a better oc

You're woefully underestimating the Titan cooler. It's more than adequate for OCing (particularly with a high flow bracket), and actually preferred for SLI on air. As long as you're not pushing 1.3v or something insane (though you'd probably want to be under water for that anyway).

As for Zotac as a company, I've never owned one of their cards but I've heard pretty great things about their customer support. If you can't get in on the EVGA deal and are in the market for a 780, this isn't bad.

Not true, I just got a EVGA 780 FTW ACX dual bios for 560. It was enough to convince my wife to let me pull the trigger ^^.

Also, this is very good news for you. Base price is expected to drop about 50$ for the 780.
