Depending on who you talk to, those fan speeds might be loud but it's a subjective thing. Also Push and Pull would introduce more noise in the system but increase your cooling potential
Anyways here is a link to a guy that has reviewed a whole bunch of rads including the st30, xt45 and the ut60

You'll have to scroll down but it's pretty informative.

Hope it helps

thanks ,but i already read that and couldnt see any info about monsta there. Is the reason why many people choose ut 60 480mm over monsta 480mm is because monsta too big for most cases to use as a push and pull set up?Or under same circumstances monsta is better at slower rpms but worse in higher?

This guy did some testing of Monsta and UT60 but seems to be mainly single layer of fans only. There doesn't seem to be a comparison with both in push pull bit I suspect the Monsta may show a very slight advantage with 2 layers. Not with 1 layer.

If the choice due to space is Monsta with 1 layer and UT60 with 2 the UT60 is a clear winner. Its the same story with thinner rads too. Push/pull will always be better than a thicker rad ... especially in a closed case environment where the extra pressure of 2 fan layers increases overall air flow in and out of the system.

Whether that difference is worth the added cost of the fans is a personal choice. It seems to me the added cost and space usage of the Monsta over the UT60 is not really worth it though.

i will be using the radiators outside the case as push and pull so monsta (typhoon ap 15)is the winner over ut 60?
