While true to an extent, I have received used products from almost every single company I have ever ordered from. It's not exclusive to PPCs, people need to get over it, it happens.
Poor service is poor service, no excuses but many of the people in this thread are acting like children. Stuff happens. Vendors need to protect their interests if they feel someone may be trying to scam them for freebies, which many, many people do. The internet business is a two way street, the vendors have many risks of their own. I challenge
any of you to run a large internet business of any sort and not
issues over the years.
A dozen people with complaints on a forum (most of those are very trivial issues) does not mean the company is horrible. Seriously, in this thread there's been mention of maybe 3 cases that should warrant making a stink over. Getting the wrong fittings accidentally, getting an item or two less than expected or being asked to take a photo of the item in question in not an issue in the least. Being asked to take a photo is actually a good thing, people. It is easy and saves time.Edited by tout - 10/20/13 at 11:35pm
